Welcome to My smallfry webpage. The original name was used on an old Atari computers Bulletin board I had setup in 1986-87. Since my site wasn't very large, I called it smallfry.

As you read on I have listed a few highlights of things I still like to do, like riding motorcycles, RV's, computers, singing, and writing.

I am married with 7 children, and several grandchildren.

In 1975 I entered the Air Force Reserve for 1 year in KC.   Then in 1976 I joined the Texas Army National Guard in Houston. 36th Airborne Infantry unit.   I decided I wanted to go active and enlisted into the active army and was in until 1986.

Over the years I went to a Apple Mac in 1987, and in to the Intel PC world in 1988.

I worked as the IT manager at my job in the HCSO office, using Novell with Dos, Arcnet, and Token ring. I also did PC workstation setup and repairs.

I did use Windows 3.0, 3.1, and 3.11 outside of work.

In 1995 I started using Windows 95, so I put myself in a 4 month Computer boot camp.  I earned my A+, MCSE NT 4.0, MCP Windows 2000, Novell 5.1, and IBM AS 400 training. I then tested for my certifications.

I now use my Apple iMac Intel computer with both MS Windows XP, and OS 10.5 at home.

The last few years I was working on my Associates degree in Creative Writing at the Austin Community College.

I do have a few incomplete works from the past 10 years or so.

I did purchase software to try and help me get some things completed.

 In 2006 we finally bought a pop-up camper and after a short time decided we didn't like it.  We then went back to our local dealer and got us a Jayco travel trailer.  Just what we need for those long weekends with the kids.
